Planning your application
A Canadian study plan involves more than an acceptance letter. Your choice of institution, financial records, academic history and explanation of your plans need to tell a consistent story. Value Visa helps students and families organize that story before an application is submitted.
How Value Visa can help
We review your admission documents, immigration history and intended studies, identify gaps in the evidence and help prepare the application package. If you have a previous refusal, we start with the decision and the material already submitted rather than simply repeating the same application.
Your review is specific to your circumstances. We explain the proposed work and confirm fees in writing before beginning. Government fees are separate.
Documents to discuss
Bring the records you already have to the consultation. This starting list does not replace the personalized checklist for your application.
- Passport and immigration history
- Letter of acceptance and institution details
- Academic records and evidence of funding
- Previous decisions and any provincial or territorial documents requested by IRCC
For the initial inquiry, describe your situation and deadlines. Ask us how to share sensitive documents before emailing identity or financial records.
Current official guidance
Requirements, fees and processing information can change. Use the official instructions alongside advice about your own circumstances.

Does admission to a Canadian school guarantee a study permit?
No. School admission and immigration approval are separate decisions. We review the current study permit requirements for your circumstances before recommending a filing plan.
What will a consultation cover?
We discuss your goal, immigration history and the documents available, identify questions that need further review and explain the scope of assistance. Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins; government fees are separate.
Can Value Visa guarantee approval or a processing date?
No. IRCC makes immigration decisions, and processing times can change. We help prepare a complete, consistent application and explain the next steps without promising an outcome.
