Planning your application
Provincial immigration pathways reflect the needs and selection processes of individual provinces and territories. A job offer, study history or connection to a province may be relevant, but the appropriate stream must be assessed using its current instructions.
How Value Visa can help
We review your background and intended destination, identify streams worth examining and help distinguish provincial nomination steps from the federal permanent residence process. Ontario pathways should be evaluated using Ontario's current guidance rather than assuming every job offer qualifies.
Your review is specific to your circumstances. We explain the proposed work and confirm fees in writing before beginning. Government fees are separate.
Documents to discuss
Bring the records you already have to the consultation. This starting list does not replace the personalized checklist for your application.
- Work and education history
- Language results and status documents
- Job offer and employer records, if relevant
- Evidence of provincial connections and any nomination correspondence
For the initial inquiry, describe your situation and deadlines. Ask us how to share sensitive documents before emailing identity or financial records.
Current official guidance
Requirements, fees and processing information can change. Use the official instructions alongside advice about your own circumstances.

Does a provincial nomination replace the federal PR application?
No. Provincial selection and the federal permanent residence decision are separate parts of the process. We explain the sequence and supporting evidence for the pathway being considered.
What will a consultation cover?
We discuss your goal, immigration history and the documents available, identify questions that need further review and explain the scope of assistance. Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins; government fees are separate.
Can Value Visa guarantee approval or a processing date?
No. IRCC makes immigration decisions, and processing times can change. We help prepare a complete, consistent application and explain the next steps without promising an outcome.
