Planning your application
A procedural fairness letter raises concerns that need to be understood in the context of the application already submitted. The exact wording, supporting records and response deadline are more useful than a generic response template.
How Value Visa can help
We start by reading the complete letter and the original application, then identify the issues that need evidence or explanation. A useful response addresses the concerns directly and consistently with the record. Bring all pages and attachments, including any prior correspondence. The scope of assistance is agreed after review; a response cannot guarantee a favourable decision.
Your review is specific to your circumstances. We explain the proposed work and confirm fees in writing before beginning. Government fees are separate.
Documents to discuss
Bring the records you already have to the consultation. This starting list does not replace the personalized checklist for your application.
- Complete procedural fairness letter and attachments
- Response deadline and date received
- Copy of the original application and supporting documents
- Evidence relevant to each concern and previous correspondence
For the initial inquiry, describe your situation and deadlines. Ask us how to share sensitive documents before emailing identity or financial records.

Is a procedural fairness letter already a refusal?
Read the letter carefully rather than assuming the result. It may provide an opportunity to respond to concerns before a decision. The required response and deadline must be assessed from the actual letter.
What will a consultation cover?
We discuss your goal, immigration history and the documents available, identify questions that need further review and explain the scope of assistance. Fees are confirmed in writing before work begins; government fees are separate.
Can Value Visa guarantee approval or a processing date?
No. IRCC makes immigration decisions, and processing times can change. We help prepare a complete, consistent application and explain the next steps without promising an outcome.
